So we had a chance to pitch the Cubs. I’m from Milwaukee and my partner was from St. Louis. Arch enemies of the boys at Wrigley. That’s where you distance yourself and get smart about the work. Find real insight and sell it. And it worked. So we took the “W” flag that is flown after each win and incorporated it into print, outdoor and even radio. We incorporated elements of Wrigley Field and the surrounding areas that true Cub fans know and created social and OOH signage. Because any true Cub fan knows it’s not just a game, it’s a way of life. Best experience by the way, presenting ideas in the Cubs dugout during pregame batting practice.
